State Farm was the first insurance company that Cristine knew when she started driving in college, where she had a really good experience with her State Farm Agent (Sammy Yim) at the time. She felt like the company was reliable & liked the customer service that her agent's office provided her. Because of this, she told herself that one day she wanted to be a part of this "good neighbor" company, which is exactly what she did when she joined Sammy Yim's office after graduating from UC Santa Cruz. In February 2025, it will be Cristine's 13th year with State Farm. She loves her job because she enjoys helping people protect their assets and loved ones in cases of unexpected events and to help them understand their insurance coverage. Cristine's fluency in both Cantonese and Mandarin has been especially helpful and appreciated by those who are most comfortable speaking Chinese. When she is not in the office, Cristine enjoys cooking &sharing meals with her friends & family and is always looking for some healthy and tasty recipes to cook for her husband and two kids.
